Made from native Glera grapes, our prosecco is raised, harvested, and bottled in the Treviso province in Italy—a region that specializes in prosecco. Crisp, tight bubbles are the result of the Charmat Method: stainless steel versus bottle fermentation. Selective yeasts, a touch of organic cane sugar, and minimal sulfites are added to coax out flavor and preserve the wine. Tasting notes: green apple, acacia flower, lime. Pairs with: spicy foods, seafood, best friends.
