Made in the Rhone Valley from a blend of native grapes—Grenache (50%), Caladoc (30%), Mourvèdre (20%). Our rosé is bottled with the least amount of interventions possible. That means minimal sulfites are added and bentonite clay is used to clarify the wine, versus animal products often used in commercial winemaking. Tasting notes: watermelon rind, fresh red pepper, cherries. Pair with: coconut curry, zippy salads, your front porch.
