Malbec (14.5% ABV): Organically grown. Biodynamically farmed. No added sulfites. Our malbec is juicy, fruit-forward, and dry. Because it’s a natural wine, residual sediment lingers at the bottom of the bottle—an indicator of its artisanry. The winery that produces our malbec raises sheep to weed the vineyards and bees to pollinate the vines. It's a great candidate for aging, if delayed gratification is your thing. Tasting notes: wild strawberries, fresh blackberries, a hint of licorice. Pair with: red meats, chocolate ice cream, Criterion Channel.

Chardonnay (13.5% ABV): Our chardonnay hails from a family-owned winery in California’s Central Valley. It’s aged in stainless steel, then finished in American oak barrels for the final 2 months of fermentation. The lead winemaker is a renowned figure in the wine world and also teaches yoga on the side. Tasting notes: lemon, peach, and toasted oak. Pair with: roast chicken, garlicky clam pasta, downward dog.

Pinot Grigio (12% ABV): Organic. Crisp. Harvested at the peak of ripeness. Our pinot grigio is made with native grapes from the Veneto region of Italy. It's dry, floral, and shockingly easy to drink. In order to coax fermentation a small amount of organic cane sugar is added. Tasting notes: juicy pear, citrus, flowers. Pair with: seafood, white miso, Hemingway.

Rosé (13.5% ABV): Made in the Rhone Valley from a blend of native grapes—Grenache (50%), Caladoc (30%), Mourvèdre (20%). Our rosé is bottled with the least amount of interventions possible. That means minimal sulfites are added and bentonite clay is used to clarify the wine, versus animal products often used in commercial winemaking. Tasting notes: watermelon rind, fresh red pepper, cherries. Pair with: coconut curry, zippy salads, your front porch.

Prosecco (11.5% ABV): Made from native Glera grapes, our prosecco is raised, harvested, and bottled in the Treviso province in Italy—a region that specializes in prosecco. Crisp, tight bubbles are the result of the Charmat Method: stainless steel versus bottle fermentation. Selective yeasts, a touch of organic cane sugar, and minimal sulfites are added to coax out flavor and preserve the wine. Tasting notes: green apple, acacia flower, lime. Pair with: spicy foods, seafood, best friends.
